Cody Cummings

In 8+ years as a licensed real estate, Cody has done it all in the residential corner of the industry.

He earned the coveted Rookie of the Year designation for 2018 at the Birmingham Association of Realtors and was deemed a 30-Under-30 Rising Star the following year. From there he founded the Apollo Property Group which quickly became one of Alabama's top real estate teams on the way to being selected to star in A&E Network's show Flipping Down South, one of the only national television shows ever filmed in the state. He has sold homes, wholesaled homes, flipped homes, built investment portfolios, and led a team of real estate agents.

Today, Cody is focused on helping clients accomplish their real estate goals across Central Alabama.
